(1) The accused/applicant has moved this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing her on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 17/2015 registered at Police Station Gudiyari, District Raipur for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376, 342 & 370(d)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 16.06.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 2433/2015 without reserving liberty in favour of the applicant. (3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any new or good ground to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
