Learned counsel for respondent-State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's claim that he had gone to join but he was not allowed to join, is not correct. He submits that the petitioner did not make any serious efforts to join. 3.

Without entering into the factual dispute as to whether the petitioner attempted to join or he was not allowed to join, in view of the fact that the petitioner is suffering

from disability apparent from disability certificate and the photographs placed on record, it would be proper that the representation of the petitioner may be considered for posting either at the same school or nearby school taking into consideration the nature and extent of disability. The respondent No.2-Collector may consider this aspect and pass suitable order within a period of six weeks. For a period of six weeks, the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the present place of posting. 4.
