This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to modify the order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 3626 of 2018 vide order dated 03.07.2018. It is submitted that the certified copy of the order shows that there are typographical mistakes in the first paragraph of the aforesaid order.

Perused the record of M.Cr.C. No. 3626 of 2018. 3.

On perusal, it appears that the crime and the offence is correctly mentioned in the original order passed by this Court, hence, the mistake has been committed in the preparation of the certified copy. It is found that the

erroneous copy of the order has been uploaded which has been used for making the certified copy.

Registry is directed to upload the correct order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No. 3626 of 2018 vide order dated 3.7.2018. It is further ordered that the applicant be provided the certified copy of the correct order of this Court, free of cost.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
