1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is that, for quite sometime the petitioner has been approaching the respondents in respect of the alleged illegalities committed by the respondents No.6&7 on which the authorities have not taken any decision till now.

2. Considering the limited relied that the petitioner has sought for, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to look into the complaint of the petitioner and to decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest.

-23. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and it is expected that the respondent No.2 shall decide the same purely in accordance with law governing the field.
