This MCC has been filed by the applicant seeking small clarification with regard to petitioner's post.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake, at the time of filing the petition, the petitioner's post was wrongly mentioned as 'Peon', whereas, the petitioner is 'Assistant Grade-III'.

Without entering into controversy involved, if the petitioner's claim is so, the designation of the petitioner, may be as such as it is in the cause title, the petitioner shall be read as 'Assistant Grade-III' and not as 'Peon'.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off. The petitioner shall place a copy of this order along with order dated 10.08.2016 passed earlier in WPS No. 3597/2016 before the competent authority who is required to decide the petitioner's case as per order of this Court.
