1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of Cr.M.P. No. 1082/2013 which was dismissed by this Court for want of prosecution on 16/06/2019.

2. On due consideration of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the sufficient reasons mentioned in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of the petitioner's counsel on 16/06/2019 when the Cr.M.P. No. 1082/2013 was taken up for hearing, was based on bonafide grounds.

3. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. No. 1580/2019 is allowed and the Cr.M.P. No. 1082/2013 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.
