Hon'ble Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Judgment on Board Per Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan, Chief Justice 05.05.2017 1.
It is noted in the order dated 01.05.2017 that the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court amounts to restoring WP(S) No.4686 of 2010 to file. We have verified the file of that writ petition. It is seen that through order dated 16.09.2014, Civil Appeals No. 8906-8932 of 2014 and connections were ordered directing among other things that WP(S) No. 4686 of 2010 will stand restored. Such order has been issued after setting aside the order impugned in the Civil Appeals. This means that the order sought to be reviewed no more survives.
2.
Hence, this review petition is ordered holding that the order sought to be reviewed does not survive and WP(S) No. 4686 of 2010 shall be treated as restored to file by virtue of the order dated 16.09.2014 issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 8906-8932 of 2014 and connections. Writ Petition (S) No.4686 of 2010 is already listed in the final hearing list.
3.
This review petition is ordered accordingly.
