Though number of grounds have been urged in this petition to challenge the transfer order, after arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already made representation ventilates grievances.

The nature of grievances raised in this petition can be examined by

-2the Transferring Authority, therefore, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending and this petition is disposed off with the direction that the pending representation be decided in four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
