1. Counsel for the petitioner makes a limited prayer at the outset that the respondent No. 2 may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2021. The representation of the petitioner seems to be against the order by which the petitioner has been found disqualified for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher (E-cadre).

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merits strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
