The transfer order is under challenge mainly on the personal ground that petitioner's husband is suffering from heart ailment, for which, he is required frequently checkup at Rajnandgaon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present place of posting is about 70 Kms. away from Rajnandgaon whereas new place of posting is at a

distance of 80 Kms. from Rajnandgaon. He further submits that petitioner is 60 years of age and she has mentally retired daughter also to maintain. 3.

The ground which is raised by the petitioner is only personal ground. It is found that the petitioner has remained posted at the present place for last two years, therefore, she has become due for transfer and the petitioner has been transferred at a distance of only 80 Kms. away, within the same district. 4.

Considering that, the petitioner has already made a representation before the transferring authority on personal ground. Therefore, it is directed that the same shall be considered and decided by the transferring authority within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
