Agrawal Order On Board 16/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make representation to the State Government for redressal of his grievances and the same may be directed to decided expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the State Government, that will be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter and the authority

concerned is free to decide the petitioner's representation on its own merit in accordance with law.
