Learned counsel for the applicant and State/non-applicant would submit that offence under Sections 354(A)(1), 323, 506 of IPC are bailable offences.
Accepting the submission made by learned counsel for the parties, it is held that application for anticipatory bail is not maintainable for the bailable offences.
Accordingly, anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable. However, applicant is at liberty to move an application for regular bail in accordance with law. Certified copy as per rules.
