1. The petitioner makes a limited prayer for a direction to the respondents to consider his claim for release of his retiral dues inclusive that of pension.

2. According to the petitioner, there is no Departmental Enquiry or any such disqualification attached to the petitioner by which the same could have been withheld.

3. Given the said submissions, the writ petition itself stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to process the claim of the petitioner at the earliest and take an appropriate decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Needless to mention that if the petitioner is found entitled for the relief claimed, the same should be released forthwith during the said period.
