1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail application filed by the Applicant for grant of Anticipatory bail.

3. First bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the concerned Trial Court that it should decide the same in accordance with law, as early as possible, probably on the same date of its filing.

4. Counsel for the parties submits that, a compromise has already took place between the parties.

5. I do not found any new ground to entertain this present anticipatory bail application.

6. Accordingly, this instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.

7. However, liberty is granted that in the event of filing of bail application on behalf of the Applicant, if compromise application is filed by the parties, the concerned Trial Court shall appreciate the same and decide the bail application, probably, on the same date of its filing.
