2. Director, Food Civil Supplies And Consumer Protection Directorate, Block No 2, 3rd Floor, Indrawati Bhawan, New Raipur, District Raipur Chhattisgarh
3. Vivek Mishra, Food Inspector, Kondagaon, Police Station And Post Kondagaon, Civil And Revenue District Kondagaon Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For Petitioner :
Mr. Manoj Paranjpe, Advocate For State :
Mr. B. Gopa Kumar, Dy. Advocate General ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/11/2016 1.
This is second round litigation in the transfer matter. 2.
The petitioner has challenged the order dated 20.10.2016, by which his representation has been rejected on the ground that the respondents have not explored any possibility to adjust the petitioner in nearby station, where her husband is posted, even though there are vacancies available.
3.
The order impugned shows that the petitioner's husband is not a Government servant. The petitioner has remained posted at the present place of posting for about 7 years. The petitioner is now being transferred to Kondagaon. This fact consideration shows that the transfer order has been passed on the basis of administrative exigency and the petitioner could be transferred in exigency of service. Therefore, now, I am not inclined to further interfere with the order impugned. 4.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
