Though learned counsel for the petitioner raises objection to the correctness of the order passed in compliance of the direction of this Court, that would not be a subject matter for consideration in the contempt petition. Therefore, at this stage, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged. Contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order on such grounds as may be available to him under the law.
