1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken-up through video conferencing.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who is one of the accused in pending trial stating inter-alia that the trial is being delayed as except final argument other proceedings have been completed.

3. It is stated at the Bar that the case is fixed for

final argument on 17.11.2020.

4. Be that as it may, the concerned Judicial Magistrate First Class is directed to hear the case on 17.11.2020 and if physical hearing is not possible, it will be heard by video conferencing and it be concluded by 30.11.2020.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of.

6. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned trial Court through fax/E-mail for compliance.
