Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 29.01.2018 petitioners' affiliation for running the School has been withdrawn by the District Education Officer, Raipur and, thereafter, he has made an application for grant of recognition for the academic session 2017-2018, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, he may be permitted to prefer fresh application for affiliation for running the school for the academic session 2017-18 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously without being prejudiced by order dated 29.01.2018 as now most of the defects pointed out by office of D.E.O., Raipur has been rectified and remaining would be rectified shortly. 2.

Per contra, if the petitioner prefers application for grant of affiliation, that will be considered and decided strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. 3.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers fresh application for grant of affiliation for academic year 2018-19 before the District Education Officer within a period of seven days from today, the same is directed to be decided by the District Education Officer within a period of 30 days from the receipt thereof. The petitioner is also directed to comply with the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 and rules made thereunder for running the school.
