1. The office reference has been registered on the basis of request dated 11-8-2021 made by the Labour Court, Durg (C.G.) seeking extension of time for deciding the Case No.42/W.C.Act/2010 (Fatal) (Smt. Mamta V/s M/s Verdhaman Motors & Another).
2. This Court by order dated 20-07-2020 in MAC No.651/2013 directed the said Court to decide the above mentioned case at the earliest, preferably within a period of five months. However, due to COVID 19 situations, the consequent lockdown and limited functioning of the Court for some intervening period, the matter is yet to be decided by the Labour Court, Durg (C.G.).
3. On due consideration, the office reference is disposed of allowing three months further time to the Labour Court, Durg (C.G.) for deciding the matter, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
