1. The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers :- "10.1 To kindly call the entire record of the impugned tender process.
10.2 To kindly quash the impugned tender No.MDO/CSPGCL-Transportation/19-20/ET/1, Dated 04.06.2019 issued by the Chief Engineer (Civil Project I), CSPGCL Raipur and further direct to issue a fresh tender thereby incorporation reasonable eligibility criteria. 10.3 To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the grievance projected by the petitioner no longer survives, insofar as, the tender under challenge has already been cancelled as per the
proceedings dated 31.10.2019. It is stated that the respondents will be floating a fresh tender and it will be open for the petitioner to participate in the proceedings, if he is qualified as per the terms of the tender.
3. In view of the turn of events, nothing survives to be considered or adjudicated by this Court. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
