Agrawal Order On Board 0 9 /0 5 /201 (1) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the proceedings before the Board of Revenue, learned Collector has passed the final order.
(2) Counsel for the State would submit that the order of the Collector is revisable before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bastar Division.
(3) In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file revision before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bastar and the delay in filing the revision may also be condoned.
(4) Accordingly, if the petitioner prefers revision before the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bastar within a period of 30 days from today, the Commissioner, Revenue Division, Bastar shall decide the same without raising the question of limitation on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (5) For the period of three months, the parties will maintain status quo with regard to possession of the land in dispute as directed by this Court on 16.07.2013.
(6) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
