2. The applicant has preferred the second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.71/2019, registered at Police Station - Gourela, District - GourelaPendra-Marwahi (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix on 31-08-2020 in MCRC No.4149 of 2020. Now, the prosecutrix has been examined.

4. Having seen her deposition, I am not inclined to take any different view of the matter.
