1. The limited grievance, which the petitioner has claimed from this present writ petition, is for a direction to the respondent No.2 for issuance of an experience certificate to the petitioner, who has worked as a Joint Director under the respondent No.2 from 21.05.2002 to 26.09.2008. In addition she has also claimed for certain admissible dues, which have till date not being paid to the petitioner for the discharge of her duty working under the respondents.

2. Though the petitioner has raised repeated reminders in this regard in the past, but none of them have till date been decided.

3. Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending, rather ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the request of the petitioner for issuance of

an experience certificate for the period she has worked under the respondent No.2 and also to consider so far as the unpaid dues, if any, to the petitioner.

4. The petitioner in addition to the representation already made is further granted 10 days time to make a further detailed representation so far as her claim or dues are concerned and on receipt of such representation, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider the same and take appropriate steps for issuance of the experience certificate as also consider the case of the petitioner so far as the unpaid dues are concerned within an outer limit of 60 days from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

5. It is the responsibility of the petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of the respondent No.2.

6. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands allowed and disposed off.
