Both the petitions arise out of termination order based on order dated 11-01-2017 No. 1595/f'k-d-@t-i-@2017 passed by Janpad Panchayat, Saja.

In WPS No. 6729/2017 order dated 12-10-17 , Janpad Panchayat, Saja filed, shows that the termination order dated 11-01-2017 has been cancelled in view of the compliance of resolution dated 12-10-2017 of General Administration Committee of Janpad Panchayat, Saja. 3.

Therefore, the petitioners' termination order having been cancelled during the pendency of the writ petition, nothing survives and both the petitions are disposed off as having rendered infructuous. If the petitioners approach for their consequential benefit by making separate representations, it may be considered and decided expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
