Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petition is for seeking prayer to allow the petitioners to participate in the Assistant Professor Examination, 2019 for which the last date of submission of the application was on 18.09.2020. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners

obtained the Degree of Post Graduate on 16.09.2020 and since the website of the C.G. PSC did not allow to submit the application, therefore, it could not be done; however, in person the representation was filed by few of the persons like that of Sardar Dilbag Singh Khalsa who was allowed to participate the Examination of Assistant Professor, 2019 and likewise the petitioners may be allowed.

2. Learned counsel for the C.G. PSC /respondents No.2 & 3 would submit that the case of Sardar Dilbag Singh Khalsa was allowed on the ground that he has filed certain representation.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have also filed the representation; in response to it, the counsel for the respondents No.2 & 3 submits that they have not received the representation of the petitioners yet.

4. Without going into the controversy, considering the fact that the benefit has been allowed to likewise other candidates, the petitioners are given liberty to make a representation within two days to the respondent No.3 and thereafter the respondent No.3 shall decide the same. It goes without saying that if the candidates similar like nature of petitioners have been allowed, the petitioners shall also be entitled for the similar treatment. 5.
