This is first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail to the applicant in connection with Crime No.208/2020 registered at Police Station Chakradhar Nagar Distt. Raigarh (C.G) for the offences punishable u/ss 376(2)(E), 509(B) IPC and section 67 of the I. T. Act.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this bail application with liberty to file afresh after some time.
