The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.109/2015 registered in Police Station Gharghoda, Distt. Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 147, 186, 294, 506, 332 & 353 of IPC. 2.

As per the prosecution case on 24/04/2015 when the police was inspecting the offending vehicle, the present applicant has interfered in government duties and have abused, threatened and assaulted to the police parties and thereby committed the aforesaid offence. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that other co-accused namely Arun Prakash, Jagdish, Khageshwar have been granted bail by the coordinate bench of this court and further submits that co-accused Dinesh Ku. Patel has been granted bail in M.Cr.C. No.3178/2015 and therefore submits that allegation against this applicant is similar to that of

persons who have been granted bail, therefore applicant may be released on bail 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail, however do not dispute the fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail.

Taking into fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have been enlarged on bail, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
