1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw bail application. However, he submits that as parties entered into compromise vide Annexure A-4, a direction be issued to learned Court below concerned to decide bail application for grant of bail on same day, if applicant files application for grant of bail after his surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits he is having no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Accordingly, bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicant files an application for grant of bail after his surrender, learned Court below may decide bail application, if possible, on same day, in accordance with law.
