The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.220 of 2020 registered at Police Station Komakhan, Distt Mahasamund (CG) on the allegation of having committed offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(3) of IPC and Section 06 of POCSO Act, 2012. 2.

Shri JA Lohani, learned counsel for the applicant submits that after filing of bail application, trial itself is concluded and applicant is acquitted from charges. Hence, he is not pressing the bail application. 3.
