1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 12.09.2018 passed in WPS No. 5158 of 2016.

2. Counsel for the respondents has entered appearance and filed the reply. Along with the reply, he has attached order Annexure R-1 dated 21.06.2019 whereby the case of the petitioner was considered in accordance with the directive given by this Court and on due consideration, the respondents have found that the petitioner was not entitled for any relief as claimed for.

3. Given the said fact that the respondents have taken a decision, this Court is of the view that the order has since been complied with,

contempt petition does not survive. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the subsequent order passed by the respondents, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceedings.
