1. Aggrieved by the order of transfer dated 12.08.2021 transferring the petitioner from Balod to Dantewada, the present writ petition has been filed.
2. During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner makes submission that petitioner has been in the present place of posting since 2009 onwards i.e. a period of well over 12 years .
-23. Given the period that petitioner has worked at the present place of posting the impugned order of transfer cannot be said to be either malafides or arbitrary.
4. As regards the guidelines pertaining to the transfer of government employees, the only limited relief that petitioner can be given is that of making suitable representation to the respondent authorities who can be ventilating his grievance.
5. Subject to petitioner making an appropriate suitable representation before the respondent authorities, it is expected that respondent authorities shall take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
