1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the action on the part of the respondents as regards not granting of the incentives which have been offered to the employees of all other cadres in the department except for the cadre of Lab Technician.

2. Counsel for petitioner, at this juncture, makes a limited prayer that the representation which the petitioner has made to the respondent authorities be considered and decided on its own merits in accordance with law.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the claim of petitioner, the writ petition, at this juncture, stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 to 5 to take an appropriate decision on the representation of petitioner so far as his claim for incentives at par with other employees in the department is concerned. The petitioner, in addition, would be entitled to make a fresh representation to the respondents 2 to 5 within 7 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Let a decision be taken by the respondents 2 to 5 on the representation of petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date the petitioner submits his fresh representation.
