Counsel for the applicants submit that the Applicant No. 3 has already been surrendered before the Court below and he does not want to press the bail application on behalf of applicant No. 3. 2.

After arguing for some time counsel for the applicant No.1 ( Anas Khilchi) and the Applicant No. 2 (Lakki @ Akhtar Raza ) prays for withdrawal of the instant anticipatory bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the trial Court on the ground that similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail.

Accordingly, this bail application for grant of anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.

The applicants, if so advised, may surrender and apply for regular bail before the trial Court and if such application is filed, the trial Court shall consider and decide the same on merits as early as possible preferably on the same day.
