The present contempt petition has been filed alleging the non compliance of the order dated 26.08.2019 passed by this Court in WPS 6365/2019.

The respondents have now entered appearance and have filed their response stating that respondents have vide order dated 14.12.2020 decided the representation of the petitioner and have in the process rejected the claim of the petitioner.

Given the fact that respondents have taken a decision on 14.12.2020 in the light of the order passed by this Court, the order stands complied with.

If at all, if the petitioner is aggrieved of the subsequent decision dated 14.12.2020, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceedings.
