The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 194/2015 registered in Police Station Ratanpur District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 347, 323, 384, 392 read with Section 34 of IPC. 2.

As per the prosecution case, complainant and one Laxmi Bai had went to Ratanpur and thereafter while they were sitting near statue of lord Hanuman, accused persons came and demanded Rs.5000/- from the complainant and thereafter snatched the mobile and took out Rs.500/- from the pocket of the complainant. Thereafter, demanded Rs.5000/- and detained Laxmi Bai with them.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is in jail since 22/08/2015 and as no allegation of misbehaviour with Laxmi Bai have been alleged and it is because of some other misunderstanding

report has been made. He further submits that applicant has been inculpated in the offence and therefore he may be released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the fact and nature of allegation and the applicant is in jail since 22/08/2015 and the charge sheet has been filed, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
