Heard on the application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is first bail application before this Court filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 07-04-2018 in connection with Crime No.71/2018 registered at P.S. - Jashpur District Jashpur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 454, 380, 75 of the IPC. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. She is in jail since 07-04-2018. No case is made out against this applicant. The case is before the trial Court. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may be granted regular bail. 3.

Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the application and submits that the applicant has previous criminal antecedents. Hence, she is not entitled for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 5.

It is alleged that this applicant has stolen cash Rs.10,000/-, pass-book, ATM card etc. from the house of complainant Aruna Verma. After lodging of the FIR some articles and cash have been recovered from the possession of this

-2applicant. Hence, this case.

After due consideration and for the reason that the case is pending and trial is likely to take some time before its conclusion, I feel inclined to grant bail to this applicant.

Consequently, this application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail is hereby allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, for her appearance as and when directed. On first Monday of every month the applicant has to report local police station. 8.
