Heard The present MCC application has been filed to correct the particulars of the petitioner No. 4. It is contended that due to typographical mistake the designation of the petitioner No. 4 namely Shilendra Kumar Sahu has been shown as Teacher (L.B.) whereas he is working as a Lecturer L.B., therefore the word 'teacher' be replaced by word 'Lecturer'.

Considering the nature of the prayer made and the description of the particulars in respect of the petitioner No. 4 his designation to be read as Lecturer (L.B.) instead of Teacher (L.B.) and rest of the order dated 25.08.2020 shall remain as it is.
