The petitioner has preferred this revision petition under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 09.08.2017 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur, C.G. in Criminal Case No.23981/2016 whereby charge under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act has been framed against the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition.

3. Permission granted.

4. Accordingly, the revision petition dismissed as withdrawn.
