1. learned counsel appearing for the University as of now submits that he has instructions to state that the impugned order Annexure P-1 dated 28.08.2020 shall not be acted upon any further so far as petitioner is concerned.
2. He, however claims the to pass a fresh order in case if need so arises on the administrative exigency.
-23. Given the said submissions by the learned counsel for respondent no.2 & 4 the writ petition as such stands disposed of on the undertaking given by the respondents that they shall not act upon the impugned order Annexure P-1 so far as petitioner's transfer is concerned.
4. However, right of the respondents stand reserved to take appropriate decision on its own merits in the event of any administrative exigency so demanding.
5. Right of the petitioner also stands reserved for challenging any subsequent proceedings by way of fresh proceeding.
6. Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction/observation.
