1. This review petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking review/recall of order dated 27.7.2016 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.3186 of 2016.

2. Irrespective of merits of the case, the discretionary jurisdiction of this Court is not warranted at this distance of time considering that the issue raised before this Court earlier was only related to transfer.

-23. Accordingly, the review petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has suffered in terms of monetary loss, it will be open for the petitioner to file fresh writ petition.
