1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to appear for M.Sc. Final (Chemistry) examination as ex-student for which they have made an application before the respondent-University.

2. Be that as it may, the respondent-University is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioners application strictly in accordance with law and ordinance applicable within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
