The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 115/2015 registered in Police Station PS Kusmi Dist. Balrampur Ramanujganj for offence punishable under section 417 & 420 of IPC.

As per the prosecution case a report was lodged by one Somnath Bhagat to the Inspector General of Police, Sarguja that Branch Manager of C.G. Rajya Gramin Bank and one Anil Kumar Gupta used to grant forged loans through mediators after taking money from the agriculturist. According to prosecution applicant used to collect money from the agriculturist stating that he is required to pay the same to the Branch Manager.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been

falsely implicated in this case and he is in jail since 6/08/2015 and charge sheet has been filed, therefore he may released on bail. 4.

Learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail. 5.

Having regard to the fact and nature of allegation against this applicant and he is in jail since 6/08/2015 and charge sheet has been filed, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 6.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
