MCRCA No. 1361 of 2020 and another

2. These are the two applications filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.464 of 2020 registered at Police Station (Police Chowki Manipur), Ambikapur, Surguja for the offence punishable under Sections 279, 337, 294, 506, 323, 324, 307 read with 34 of the IPC.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to the applicants to surrender and apply for regular bail before the Sessions Court.

4. In view of the prayer made, the application is dismissed, as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

5. In the event, the regular bail application is filed by the applicants, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the jurisdictional Court.
