Rajesh Kumar Kesharwani, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Gagan Tiwari, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for respondents No.1 to 20, Mr. Prafull N. Bharat, learned senior counsel with Mr. Akash Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.24 and Mr. Jitendra Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.21, 22 and 25.

This public interest litigation is filed praying for a direction to the respondents to put in place fire safety audit in various establishments. It is also stated that on the similar issue, a public interest litigation, being WPPIL No.40 of 2018, was filed before this Court and the same was disposed of on 01.05.2018 by issuing certain directions. It is submitted by Mr. Kesharwani that no steps have been taken pursuant to the aforesaid order. 3.

The aforesaid WPPIL No.40 of 2018 was not filed by the petitioner. 4.

On a query of this Court, Mr. Kesharwani fairly submits that no representation is filed by the petitioner to the authorities concerned, raising the issue that is agitated in this case including non-compliance of the order dated 01.05.2018 passed by this Court in WPPIL No. 40 of 2018. 5.
