Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's representation for correction of surname of the petitioner and his father in the school certificate has been forwarded by respondent No. 3 to respondent No. 2 but respondent No. 2 has not considered and decided the same till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as cots(s).
