(2) The applicant's second bail application was also dismissed finding no change in circumstances by order of this Court dated 31.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 4636/2015.

(3) The accused/applicant has moved this third bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.335/2013

registered at Police Station Manikpur, Police Sation Kotwali, Korba, District Korba (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 & 413/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(4) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this third bail application, therefore, this third bail application is rejected.
