Limited grievance of the Petitioner in the instant case is that the Petitioner has been promoted as Teacher (Panchayat) and posted at the Pre-Middle School, Panawar, Block- Koyalibeda, District North Bastar Kanker. She joined at her place of posting and subsequently made a representation to the department in respect of inconvenience that she is facing at the present place of posting and she wants the authorities to consider on her representation.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays that ends of justice would meet if the petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kanker to take a decision on the representation of the Petitioner.

The said prayer of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not opposed by the learned Counsel for the State appearing on advance copy on behalf of Respondent No.1.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kanker to consider and decide the representation of the Petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 60 days from date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the duty of the Petitioner to place a copy of this order before the concerned authority, making a fresh representation. 5.

With the aforesaid direction, the present writ petition stands finally disposed of.
