Sam Koshy Order On Board 26.07.2018 Challenge in the present writ petition is to the action on the part of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner for the post of Rojgar Sahayak for village Semartal, Block Bilha, District Bilaspur (CG). 2.

Perusal of the record shows that though the petitioner had applied for the said post and complied with all the requisite formalities and the petitioner was also found eligible for the said post but the respondents have not considered the claim of the petitioner and she has been verbally intimated by respondent no.2 that she is not eligible for the said post. 3.

In the absence of there being an order in writing to the petitioner, this Court finds it difficult to take cognizance of the pleadings made by the

petitioner. In the circumstance, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would serve if a direction is given to respondent no.2 to promptly consider the claim of the petitioner and pass suitable order. The petitioner has a right to know whether she is eligible for the said post or not and if she is not eligible, on what ground she is not eligible. Let respondent no.2 pass an order in this regard within an outer limit of 45 days from today. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to bring the order of this Court to the notice of respondent no.2. It is expected that respondent shall take a decision before finalisation of the recruitment process and issuance of appointment order to any other third person. 4.
