The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order of this Court dated 21.06.2018 passed in WPS Nos. 2071/2014 & 6432/2014. The modification is for correction of the post mentioned in paragraph-6 of the order whereby inadvertently Sub Engineer (Civil) has been mentioned whereas it ought to have been "Sub Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)". The said request for modification has not been opposed by the State counsel.

The error occurred because of the two writ petitioners having disposed of where the petitioner in one writ petition had applied for Sub Engineer (Civil) and the petitioner in other writ petition had applied for Sub Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical).

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 21.06.2018 passed in WPS Nos. 2071/2014 and 6432/2014 stands modified to the extant that in paragraph-6 where the post has been mentioned as Sub Engineer (Civil) now it would be read as "Sub Engineer (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical)". Let the order passed in the present MCC be made part of WPS Nos. 2071/2014 and 6432/2014.
