Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/08/2019 This petition was filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 26/07/2017 by which, this Court had directed the respondents to consider petitioner's claim of regularisation.

In the return, which has been filed on 22/08/2019, the respondents have
placed before the Court, details with regard to the exercise taken for passing order of regularisation in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual statement regarding passing of order of regularisation in his favour. 4.
In view of above, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged. Contempt petition is closed.
